The last few days have been a little slow but we still hooked up three fish nice fish in the 35-40lb. Range and boated two, just gotta keep plugging away it should get better as the water temps. Get back into 70's this week.

Cobia fishing out of Emerald Isle

I ran three cobia trips last week.  Bait balls have been scarse, so I have resorted to using my tower to find free swimmers cruising the surface. The cobia have moved in and should be here through mid June.  There has also been schools of big drum passing through. Check out the photos below from last week. Give us a call and lets go fishing

Sightfishing for Cobia has begun 63lb Monster!

Capt Mike Taylor put his clients on some serious action this past tuesday.  They landed 3 cobia with largest at 63lbs.  This fishery runs from mid may to mid june.

Nearshore Flounder Fishing Heats Up along NC's Crystal Coast!

We're starting to find some nice sized Summer Flounder along our nearshore live bottoms and artificial reefs.  During our last trip we had a mixed bag of flounder up to 4lbs and large sea bass up to 2lbs.  and the flounder fishing will only get better!
