We had a great trip earlier this week with dr. Knox.and his crew out of Greenville. We fished the swansboro area with 20 to 25 mph winds targeting redfish. We found fish on 4 of 5 spots we fished. Great afternoon!

Today we used the switch to NE winds to effectively fish some diff. Locations for redfish. It payed off as we landed 8 redfish from 5 to 15lbs using both topwater baits and berkley gulp shrimp. Along with the reds we landed 6 flounder up to 2lbs. We put our Smith Optics DOVER Chromapop lenses to good use today, allowing us to see our fish long before we could spook them!

We've had a great week here in swansboro and emerald isle site fishing for redfish. We've caught between 8 and 12 redfish ranging from five to seven pounds during each of our 4 hour redfish trips this week.
